Entry Fees:
Alpacas $37 for 1st (Vic West members $27), $22 thereafter.
Fleeces $16, delivered by 8am Saturday morning.

All entries are online in 2018.

Trestle Table Hire Available $12 each if required.

$15 each. Tags will be checked! If not currently tagged, pay Jeffrey Hill to tag on site - $5 per lead, $8 per fan.

Alpacas must be penned on Friday night between 2pm - 8pm or Saturday morning before 8am. Overnight Alpaca Security. Inspection upon arrival. Plenty of free parking - Please vacate front of shed upon unloading. On-site parking adjacent to the pavilions in use.

Pens are approx. 7' x 4'. Please note that being a larger show there may be a range of panels used to configure pens. You may wish to bring along some used tennis balls or the like to place over some metal sections.

Show arrangements:
Age calculated as at 16th June 2018.
Both Sire & Dam Progeny are two, entry at show - may be male or female but not wethered. Best Colour (Female) & Best Colour (Male) followed with the relevant Premier Colour for both Suri and Huacaya, to be judged from 1st winning ribbon awards.

Handler Dress:
Handlers will be required to wear plain white show coats or one with the AAA logo only (with the exception of the AAFL logo), over dark trousers or long dark skirt with clean dark shoes or boots. No shorts, open shoes or hats. Handlers not properly attired will be denied entry to the show ring.  A handler shall be deemed to be incorrectly attired if his/her dress or the animal being led displays any information capable of being construed as advertising for any stud.

Showing Rules:
As this show is conducted under the current AAA Ltd Showing rules, refer to the manual for the normal showing rules for the usual detail. Each person entering the Showground does so at their own risk and is responsible for property, animals and children. The Australian Alpaca Association accepts no responsibility what-so-ever.

This is the districts major show so banners and sale brochures etc are encouraged. Promotional material is permitted within the bounds of the standard pen height for that show. 'For sale' signs are not permitted. Display/promotional alpacas are not permitted. Ribbons won at any other previous show are not permitted.

Advertising Sponsorships:
2 Supreme Championships @ $75 each.
2 Champion Fleeces @ $50 each.
Age Champions, Reserve Champions, Best Colours, Best Fancy, Best Wether etc at $25 each.
Your stud will be advertised in the show catalogue, on our website and also on our facebook page for greater exposure. So get in early to secure your sponsorship.

Saturday Night Dinner:
This is at Comfort Inn Grange Burn, 142 Ballarat Rd, Hamilton. Two course dinner. Please pay with entries.

Companion animals and dogs:
Special permission to bring a companion alpaca must be obtained from the Convenor prior to submission of the entry form, otherwise no companion alpacas will be permitted. No dogs are permitted into the precinct of where Show animals are being penned or shown in the ring. Guide Dogs are exempt.
